Introducing the four new bangles in the Tides & Time collection. Each one a unique expression of the sea's untamed beauty. Handcrafted using the ancient lost wax method, these pieces capture the ever-shifting forms and textures of the ocean. Inspired by the dramatic and ever-changing British coastlines, the collection reflects the raw, rhythmic energy of the tides, with each bangle individually made to echo a different moment in the oceans never ending dance.

Swell Bangle

First up is my favourite piece in the collection – the Swell Bangle.

This bangles design is inspired by the gentle rise and fall of the sea, capturing the rhythmic motion of ocean swells with its smooth, flowing form. It's elegant curves evoke a sense of calm and continuity, making it a beautifully understated yet powerful piece. The Swell Bangle is both versatile and timeless, a subtle nod to the sea’s calming power, and a piece that complements any style with effortless grace. I prefer to wear this alone as to not distract from its unique and simple beauty.

Whitewater Bangle

Another favourite that I have been wearing a lot this summer is the Whitewater bangle. This hallmarked piece features a distinctive bubbled texture that captures the raw energy and movement of the ocean. Each bubble is painstakingly made by melting dots of wax onto the bangles form. Inspired by crashing waves and swirling white water, the surface is rich with natural and organic details, evoking the moment sea foam meets shoreline. Each bubble is a subtle tribute to the unpredictable, untamed nature of the british coastlines, a tactile reminder of the sea’s ever-changing power and beauty. Again, like the Swell Bangle I like to wear this alone as a statement piece so as not to distract from its uniqueness, but I pair it with the whitewater hoops for a cohesive ensemble.

Fossilised bangle

The Fossilised Bangle is a piece I feel deeply connected to. Cast in recycled silver, it holds the delicate imprints of tiny ammonite fossils, ancient sea creatures that once thrived in our oceans. Their spiral forms are more than just beautiful patterns; they symbolise growth, transformation, and the passage of time. These natural spirals, which follow the Fibonacci sequence, speak to the quiet intelligence of nature and the deep natural rhythms that shape our world. I'm reminded of the layers of history beneath our feet and the way nature and time leaves its mark whenever I wear this bracelet.

Relic Bangle

Lastly, the Relic Bangle has a unique texture that evokes the magic and mystery of a lost piece of ocean treasure; as if it had been resting on the seabed for centuries, shaped by the salt, sand, and time. I was inspired by the idea of the little mermaid’s cave of treasures; a hidden cavern filled with mysterious, timeworn objects collected from shipwrecks and the sea floor. The heavily textured surface captures that sense of age and erosion, giving the piece a raw, organically aged beauty. I love how it brings a feeling of ancient history into an elegant style. It’s bold yet classic and timeless, and feels like wearing a story from the deep.

Each of these bangles means something different to me, and I love how they each capture a different mood from the sea. Whether it’s the calm of a swell, the energy of crashing waves, the ancient beauty of fossils, or the mystery of lost ocean treasures, there’s a piece for however you're feeling. I’ve really enjoyed styling them throughout the summer; sometimes on their own as statement pieces, or mixed in with other favourites. They’re super versatile and easy to wear, but still feel special and full of character. I hope when you wear them, you feel that connection to the coast too, like carrying a little piece of magic from the sea with you, wherever you go.
