• Silver jewellery will naturally tarnish over time. Keep your jewellery clean by keeping it away from creams, lotions, oils and makeup.

• When your not wearing your Smoke & Ash Jewellery it is best to keep it separate from other pieces of jewellery so it does not tangle or get scratched.

• We recommend you keep it in the original packaging or the Smoke & Ash jewellery pouch.

• Make sure you store your jewellery out of direct sunlight as this can speed up the tarnishing process.

• We recommend that you do not wear your Jewellery when in the shower, sleeping or exercising. Also remove jewellery when putting on any lotions, creams or make-up.

• Running the pendant up and down the chain can wear down the silver over time and cause it to become weak and break.

• Take care when using household cleaning products, chemicals, and solvents as these can tarnish the silver.

• Avoid excessive heat as this can lead to discolouration of the product.

• Some skin types can make silver go black, don’t worry this is only surface discolouration and can easily be removed with a soft clean cloth.
